Jake's Restaurant

Bruce Cooper is an old pro, but he's clearly not tired. He opened Jake's in Manayunk close to 14 years ago, and quickly set the standard for quality with its New American menu. Dinner might include jumbo shrimp with a lemon risotto, an impeccable tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad with baby basil, or a sautéed Alaskan halibut filet with artichokes, morels and fava beans.
