Yes, there are the obligatory greasy egg sandwiches and meat-, cheese- and veggie-packed omelets (18 different renditions, if you’re counting) at this locally owned suburban mini-chain, but mostly, there are pancakes. Ten deliciously fluffy takes, to be exact. Try the banana walnut or served-all-year-long pumpkin, or even a plain old buttermilk short stack dripping with maple syrup.
