You can say goodbye to the Sunday scaries (at least for the next month or so). Lululemon is teaming up with the recently opened KG Strong fitness studio to offer free hourlong community classes at South Philly’s Bok Building every Sunday for the next six weeks. And trust us: You’ll be too beat afterward to feel anything aside from sweaty and exhausted.

The first community class is this Sunday, October 15th, at 11 a.m. and they’ll run each week through November 19th. “Class with KG Strong will be a sweaty hour of strength training and sport conditioning, using kettlebells and other equipment when appropriate,” founder Katie Gould wrote on Facebook. The workouts will wrap up with a 15-minute yoga and core cool down. Plus, they’ll have time for questions about training and nutrition (like, Are the eggs Benedict and mimosas I plan on devouring after this class going to make all this work null and void?).

Each class starts at 11a.m. on the first floor boys gym of the Bok Building. Different pairs of coaches from KG Strong will be leading the workouts each week, so you’ll have a chance to find the training style that you like most.

These classes are open to people of all levels — from the I-workout-twice-a-year crowd to the regular fitness gurus. All you’ll need to join in is a mat and water. Interested? Even though the workout is free, signing up is encouraged. Enjoy!
