LADIES, the day has almost arrived! Be Well Philly Boot Camp, our annual day of all things wellness for women, is this Saturday! Eeeeeeeeee!

Below, everything you need to know — from what to wear to what to bring to what you’ll be eating — to have a great time. (And note: If you’ve yet to snag your spot, you can still get your ticket here before they’re all gone.) Read up, and we’ll see you there!

When and where is Be Well Philly Boot Camp?
The big day is going down at Drexel Recreation Center at 3301 Market Street in University City. Doors for the event open at 9 a.m. with programming going until 2 p.m. Then, there’s a well-deserved (and free!) Healthy Happy Hour to follow, at Landmark Americana, right next door.

Soooo, I know it starts at 9 — but when do I really need to get there?
Doors open at 9 a.m. for registration and breakfast, and this is when you’ll sign up for the limited slots of fitness classes in the pool. So if you want in on those, you’ll want to be at the start of the line. We’ll be serving up coffee and light breakfast for you, then fitness classes and other programming will kick off promptly at 10 a.m.

How should I get there?
The Recreation Center is conveniently located across from the SEPTA Trolley (Green) Line at 33rd and Market Streets and the Market-Frankford (Blue) Line at 34th and Market Streets. If you choose to drive, that’s cool, too: The Drexel Parking Garage is located at 34th Street and Ludlow Street and costs $8 for the day.

What should I wear?
Good news! We are totally supportive of a leggings-and-sneakers uniform at Be Well Philly Boot Camp. You’ll be moving around and getting sweaty, so you want to wear your comfiest workout clothes. We’ll also be selling our snazzy new Be Well Philly Boot Camp tanks at our Be Well Philly Marketplace table, so you can rock one of those bad boys, too.

What should I bring with me?
A good chunk of this year’s fitness classes require a yoga mat, even those that aren’t strictly yoga or Pilates, so you’ll want to tote yours with you to the event. Then, if you are planning on participating in the Splash + Sweat class in the pool, you’ll want to come with a swimsuit and a towel.

Where can I find info on all the classes and sessions?
You’ll find just about everything right here. The only pieces of the programming missing from that schedule are our Flash Chats, which are 10-minute talks held on the first floor, and Freehouse Fitness’s Silent Disco Rebounder workouts (!!!). Those will be going all day long in our Marketplace.

Do I need to sign up for fitness classes in advance?
Nope! Indoor and outdoor fitness classes will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The only exceptions are the classes held in the pool with Aqua Vida and Fitness Alive. Those have limited space, so you’ll need to sign up when you arrive.

What about food?
Breakfast, lunch from Sweetgreen (Mmmmm) and our Healthy Happy Hour are all included in your ticket price. You’ll leave sweaty, but not hungry!

Wait! I have another question.
No problem — shoot us an email at events@phillymag.com and we’ll get back to you.

See you tomorrow, ladies!
