Be Well Workout of the Week: A Total-Body Circuit Workout That Never Gets Boring

Grab a Bosu ball, a kettlebell and a jump rope and get to work!

This workout consists of three different circuits, each composed of four different exercises. Your objective? To complete each circuit four times as quickly as you can.

For each circuit you’ll need a different piece of equipment: a bosu ball, a jump rope and a kettlebell. (If you don’t have a kettlebell, you can simply sub in a weight.) And with all these switch-ups, it’s pretty hard to get bored.

Okay, you ready? Go!

Circuit #1: Bosu Ball x 4
10 Bosu push-ups
15 up-and-overs on Bosu ball
20 knee drives on Bosu ball (on each side)
25 ab twists on Bosu ball

Circuit #2: Jump rope x 4
10 burpees
50 jump-rope jumps
10 skiers (each side)
50 jump-rope jumps

Circuit #3 Kettlebell (or weight) x 4
10 pullovers
15 crunches holding kettlebell
20 alternating lunges holding kettlebell at chest
25 squat holding kettlebell in between legs
