Yogis, rejoice! Our friends over at Honeygrow’s HgAthletics are teaming up with PLUSgives and yoga instructor Alex Holmes tonight, February 22nd, at 6:30 p.m. for a free pop-up vinyasa flow class. And yes, you are invited.

In addition to the free flow, all participants will be granted 20 percent off of a post-yoga meal at honeygrow and get deals on PLUSGives yoga mats.

This evening of pop-up yoga is taking place at the Bok Building in South Philly (1901 South 9th Street, to be exact), where practice will go down in the Engine Room. To get there, you should enter at the Dudley Street entrance (closer to 8th Street) where a friendly face will point you in the right direction of class. Hint: follow the folks with the yoga mats and I doubt you will be led astray.

So what are you waiting for? Find a friend who could also use a midweek pick-me-up and RSVP here.
