Awesome: The Wall Is Offering LOTS of Free Yoga This Month

Because our wallets could all use a break with holiday shopping, right?

Thanksgiving is officially behind us, which can only mean one thing: The rest of the holidays — and holiday gatherings — are right around the corner. Some readers (the ones with non-probing family members) may be screaming “HOORAY!” while others dread the unwanted queries that come along with seeing family all over again (you know the ones: “I thought you two broke up?” “When’s the wedding?” “What’s Tinder?”). Just thinking about it can be stressful. Trust us: We know. And we’ve got the perfect (free!) way for you to de-stress. For two full weeks of December, Manayunk’s The Wall, which recently added yoga to their offerings, will be offering folks the chance to try a bunch of their yoga classes for free.

The classes — four each week — will be ongoing for the next two weeks at their Manayunk studio beginning Tuesday, December 6th and running through Sunday, December 18th. Class options include high-intensity yoga sculpt (think: yoga with light weights, and medicine balls), candlelit yoga, and a Spin-and-yoga combo. You can join in on up to two free classes each week;  just sign up here and make sure to bring a mat (if you don’t own one, you can rent a mat from the studio for $2 cash or $3 credit card). And check out the exact schedule of free classes below so you know exactly what to sign up for.

Schedule for Free Classes at the Wall

Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.: high-intensity yoga sculpt
Thursday at 7:30 p.m.: spin + high-intensity yoga sculpt
