Wynnewood’s Shiny New Whole Foods (With Restaurant!) Opens Today

You can fill your cart with items marked down for the grand opening — you know, when you’re not gawking at the oh-so-wide aisles.

Wynnewood’s shiny new Whole Foods Market opened today and it sounds like QUITE the destination for grocery shopping lovers. (C’mon, you KNOW you love shopping the aisles of a brand spankin’ new grocery store.)

The new store, at 15 East Wynnewood Road, features all the usual Whole Foods suspects plus some cherries on top, like a juice and coffee bar, made-to-order ramen, wood-fired pizzas AND — get this — a full-service “pub-style restaurant,” as Eater called it, Table and Tavern. So yes, you can now chow down on brunch and a mimosa or two before braving the Sunday-morning shopping crowd. Insert all the praise-hands emoji here.

The new store is offering some serious grand-opening deals today, like 30 percent off all body care products, lobster tails at two for $9.99 and baguettes for less than a dollar. You can check out all of the Wynnewood stores deals here now. I see a late-summer lobster roll and bubble bath in your very near future.

And to all my car-less city-living Whole Foods-loving friends, you don’t have too long to wait until you get a shiny new Whole Foods of your own. According to Whole Foods Market’s Philly Instagram, the new Whole Foods Market at 2101 Pennsylvania Avenue — where the Callowhill location will be relocating to — will be open on October 14th. YASSSS.
