How to Take Free Outdoor Fitness Classes and Get Free Post-Workout Brunch Booze All Summer

SWEAT Fitness and City Tap House have joined forces to bring you a seriously sweet workout series.

Sweating then boozing seems to be a trend this summer (remember the winery runs?!). The latest to jump on that bandwagon: SWEAT Fitness. Starting this Sunday, June 19th, SWEAT is teaming up with City Tap House in University City to put on SWEAT + SIP, a totally free 10-class outdoor pop-up fitness series.

The SWEAT + SIP schedule includes 10 Sundays of 10 a.m. classes on the outdoor terrace of City Tap House, from barre to something called Booty Blast to boot camps, all with a banging soundtrack spun up by a live DJ. If you’re already sold, it gets even better: After the workouts, everyone who gets their sweat on gets a post-workout boozy brunch drink — for free.
