With spring weather comes spring races, which means people will soon start blowing up your Instagram feed with sweaty selfies captioned with inspirational quotes. But if you’re like me, getting sweaty and getting likes isn’t enough reason to get up early on a Saturday. What will do the trick? Food. Or Drinks. Or basically anything besides just running. So here, six spring 5Ks that offer resistant runners more than just a few blisters and a sense of accomplishment.

1. Corn Beef and Cabbage 5K
When: Saturday, March 19th.
Where: 33 S.outh Main Street, Nazareth.
Registration: $30 through March 4th, $35 after.

The main draws for this race are food and booze. Post-race rations include beer, corned beef and cabbage and Granny Schmidt’s car bomb cupcakes. Plus, proceeds go to Angel 34 and if you register before March 4th, you get a T-shirt.

2. Philly Rabbit Run 5K
When: Saturday, March 26th.
Where: Philadelphia Zoo, West Philly.
Registration: $40 before March 26th, $45 day of race.

This 5K is for all the zoo lovers out there. Runners can see the Philadelphia Zoo’s more than 1,200 rare and endangered animals minus the usual crowds and lines. Race entry gets you admission to the zoo for the whole day following the race, and spectators get a discounted rate, too.

3. Run Your Own Adventure 5K
When: Saturday, March 26th.
Where: Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, Roxborough.
Registration: $35 before March 26th, $40 day of race.

Instead of a straightforward course, this race gives runners a mental challenge. At different points during the run, runners reach forks in the trail and have to make decisions on which route to take based on the maps they encounter. Interesting, huh?

4. Hot Chocolate 5K
When: Saturday, April 2nd.
Where: Eakins Oval, Spring Garden.
Registration: $49 through March 12th, $54 after.

Along with a fancy zip-up jacket, all race finishers receive a mug with chocolate fondue, dipping snacks and hot chocolate samples. If that isn’t motivation to get up and run, I don’t know what is.

5. Night Nation Run
When: Saturday, May 14th.
Where: Talen Energy Stadium, 1 Stadium Drive, Chester.
Registration: $60.

This 5K is ideal for non-runners because, one, it doesn’t require setting an early alarm and, two, it’s accompanied by pre- and post-race parties, dancers, light shows, selfie stations, glow sticks and a multiple DJ stages. Basically, it’s an EDM concert with a little running on the side. Really.

6. A Taste of Tuscany 5K
When: Sunday, May 29th.
Where: Hopewell Valley Vineyards, 46 Yard Road, Pennington.
Registration: $40.

This Run the Vineyards race ends at — you guessed it! — a vineyard. Participants receive a free glass of wine to sip after the race and a souvenir wine glass to take home. Plus, they get free downloadable photos from the race. You know, so  you can post online and prove you actually did it.
