Losing sight of New Year’s fitness resolutions is a common problem: Whether your goal is to eat better, lose weight, explore new workouts or all of the above, it can be tough to stick with ’em. To help you guys stay on track, the folks at Kimpton’s Hotel Monaco are hosting their second annual Resolution Rx event this Sunday, showcasing a bunch of local fitness studios and — to help you exercise your charitable muscles — raising money for Back on My Feet. The best part? All the classes are five bucks.

Throughout the day, you can get your sweat on with Pure Barre, try City Fitness’s HIIT with Brian Duren, get your zen on with Three Queens Yoga, or, if you like throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts to burn your calories, Joltin’ Jabs will be on deck to help you swing your way through a great workout. To help make sure you are fresh and energized throughout the event, Spa Terme Di Aroma will be doling out chair massages and the Red Owl Tavern will be providing healthy snacks and fresh-squeezed juices, both included with ticket purchases.

The sweat-a-thon begins Sunday, January 31st at 10 a.m. at the Hotel Monaco (433 Chestnut Street). Flywheel and Hotel Monaco will also host a Resolution Rx preview ride at Flywheel’s Center City Studio at 4 p.m. on Saturday, for $25 per rider. Tickets, which you can find here, must be purchased in advance, and proceeds from both days will benefit Back on My Feet, which uses running as a tool to help the homeless community. So to sum it all up: You get cheap fitness classes, free massages, free snacks — and you’re doing it all for a good cause. Yes, please.
