If all the items you have yet to cross off your holiday shopping list are stressing you out (I’m with you), we know just how you can relax — and it won’t cost you a dime. Today, from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Healing Arts Community Acupuncture in Rittenhouse is having a free acupuncture day.

You don’t need an appointment to get in on the action: All you have to do to get pricked for free is walk in to the clinic, located at 2012 Walnut Street, between 11 and 6:30 p.m., and you’ll be good to go for a short (in the past, sessions on the clinic’s free days have been between five and 10 minutes) acupuncture treatment. Hellooo, mid-afternoon brain vacation!
