Thanksgiving Day is a week from Thursday, believe it or not. CoreFitness is front-loading the holiday this year with back-to-back-to-back workouts meant to whip you into shape before you sit down for the big meal.

The six-session series, called F.A.T. (i.e. Fit at Thanksgiving), kicks off on Wednesday, with crack-of-dawn workouts planned through Friday and then again next Monday through Wednesday. The no-nonsense outdoor boot camp classes are designed to help you torch tons of calories and keep you motivated to stay healthy and fit through the holiday season. Think of it as the right way to kick off a month (or more!) of festive parties, dinners and cookie trays.

The 50-minute classes meet at 6 a.m. at the Water Works Pier. It’s $109 for the series, and registration also gets you in to CoreFitness’s Saturday morning boot camp at the Art Museum steps for free. Get more info and sign up here.
