Aaaand we’ve got another Pope-related sweat session to add to your weekend roster, folks! (Don’t worry, it won’t overlap with your PopeRide plans.) On Sunday morning, the folks from GoalsFit are leading a run from their Manayunk studio (4450 Main Street) to Pope Francis’s Philly home base, St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood. Er, well, as close to the seminary as they can get, what with all the security measures in place.

The run, a hilly one, will take you from GoalsFit up along Belmont Avenue to City Avenue, then all the way to Wynnewood Avenue. Once you hit the seminary, or as close as you can get, you’ll turn around and head back to GoalsFit, racking up about eight miles along the way. Everyone is welcome to join in on the run and it won’t cost you a dime. You’ll just have to be up early: They’ll be leaving from GoalsFit at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning.
