If at this exact moment, you’re thinking, “I just want to dance,” good news: You can do plenty of dancing (for free!) this Saturday. And if dancing isn’t your thing, there are plenty more fun stress-busting fitness events on the roster this weekend. Think: shopping, mud-running, and more. Check ’em out below.

Philadelphia Dance Day
When: Saturday, July 25th, all day.
Where: At dance studios across the city

Time to bust a move, my friends: This Saturday is the sixth annual Philadelphia Dance Day, and there will be a whopping 26 (!) free dance workshops going on at studios around town all day long. The day ends with a blowout party at the Ethical Society of Philadelphia, complete with dance performances by pros. So better go dust of those dancing shoes if you want to get in on the action! Free for classes, $5 for party

Down and Dirty Obstacle Race
When: Sunday, July 26th at 6 a.m.
Where: Warminster Park at Hatboro Road and West Bristol Road, Warminster

You have your pick between a three or six-mile course at this obstacle race. And yeah, three miles might sound like a walk in the park, but with mud pits, cargo climbs and water crossings, it’s bound to be bit tougher than your average jaunt. And know: You will leave covered from head to toe in mud. $100

Flash Sidewalk Sale at Philadelphia Runner
When: Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Philadelphia Runner, 3621 Walnut Street, University City

In desperate need of some new running kicks? Good news: This weekend, Philadelphia Runner’s University Store is having a flash sidewalk sale with tons of shoes and apparel, all marked down by 50 percent. Ah-mazing, right?

Wine and WOD Ladies’ Night
When: Sunday, July 26th at 4 p.m.
Where: Breaking Point Fitness/CrossFit Ridge Ave, 3791 Main Street, Manayunk

Never tried CrossFit? Now’s the perfect time — and there’s wine in it for you at the end. Yes, please! This ladies’-only CrossFit event is designed to get women who’ve never tried CrossFit in the gym to show them it isn’t the absolute worst. Following a killer — in the best way — workout, you’ll refuel with wine and concoctions courtesy of Fountain of Juice. $15

Woodbury’s Hot Run in the Summertime 5K
When: Saturday, July 25th at 10 a.m.
Where: Woodbury Station Cafe, 101 Cooper Street, Woodbury

Like running? Like beer? Like all-you can-eat barbecue? Look no further: We’ve found the 5K of your dreams. This fun 5K ends with a cookout where you’ll get a beer and all-you-can-eat hot dogs and hamburgers. Not a bad way to spend your Saturday, huh? $30. Note: registration ends at 5 p.m. today.
