Yoga with Jake: How to Finally (Finally!) Master Wheel Pose

Every week, we post a new yoga routine from local instructor Jake Panasevich. Panasevich’s specialty is yoga for men (you can learn more about him on his website here), but these routines works for ladies, as well! So grab your yoga mat and get your downward dog on, friends. 

We all have those poses our bodies just refuse to twist into during a yoga class, and for a lot of folks, Wheel Pose — you know, the one where you make your human body resemble, well, a wheel — is one of ‘em. So if you roll your eyes and let out a not-so-subtle “ughhh” every time the pose comes up in class, you’re going to want to watch this video which walks you through the steps to take to finally (finally) master the dreaded pose.
