Fun fitness-filled weekend, here you come: This weekend is loaded with events, many of them for charity, and a few are BYOM (bring your own mom, if you were wondering). Check ’em out below.

1. 5280 Race Series’ One-Mile Race
When: Saturday, May 9th at 9 a.m.
Where: 201 West Front Street, Media.

This new one-mile race, open to folks of all speeds and ages, will take you straight through downtown Media. The race benefits Healthy Kids Running Series, a nonprofit that encourages kids to get moving with running. And the best part about it? You can say you started your weekend with a race and not be exhausted afterward, because it’s only one mile! #Winning. It’ll cost you $25 to register.

2. Couch to 5K Beginners’ Running Class
When: Saturday, May 9th at 8:30 a.m.
Where: The Cedars House, 200 West Northwestern Avenue, Wissahickon.

The Cedars House regularly holds Couch-to-5K series, and this Sunday marks the beginning of their six-week series for beginners. Every Saturday, you’ll go for a 40 to 60-minute run complete with a warm up and a cool down, and the 7th week, you and all your fellow participants will run a 5K together. See? Couch to 5K. The series will cost you $65 if you pay in advance, $75 if you pay at the door and $60 if you’re a second-time participant.

3. Vesper Vinyasa
When: Sunday, May 10th at 3 p.m.
Where: Vesper Boat Club, 10 Boathouse Row, Art Museum Area.

You can feel really good about getting your downward dog on in this 75-minute all-levels Vinyasa class: Proceeds from the class go to local nonprofit Gearing Up. Plus, the class comes complete with all sorts of awesome raffle prizes from Lululemon, Stripp’d Juice, Grace and Glory and more. It’ll cost you $25 to join in, plus additional cash if you want to get your raffle on.

UPDATE 5/8: Vesper Vinyasa has been postponed, date to be determined.

4. Bring Your Mom to Boot Camp Class with CoreFitness
When: Saturday, May 9th at 9 a.m.
Where: The Art Museum steps.

This all-levels boot camp class is BYOM, as in bring your own mom. You can get your sweat on, then head over to Fairmount to get your brunch on. Perfect Saturday morning, right? The boot camp will run you $20 each.

5. Boot Camp/Zumbathon Fundraiser
When: Saturday, May 9th from noon to 4 p.m.
Where: CrossFit PHL, 1414 Darien Street, South Philly.

You have your choice of two classes, a boot camp at 12:30 p.m. and a Zumbathon at 2 (or you can do both if you’re feeling really ambitious!), both benefitting a young girl named Vienna who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. The minimum donation to join in is $20.

6. Have a Glomosa at Sip-N-Glo
When: Sunday May 10th, from open until supplies run out.
Where: Sip-N-Glo, 932 South Street, Bella Vista.

Sunday fun day, here you come: Take your mom over to Sip-N-Glo to get your drink on at their complimentary champagne bar. Uh, yes, please. Just buy a drink (they suggest their One Love, Glo Up or May special, the Honeydew) and add some complimentary bubbly to your juice to create a Glomosa, if you will.
