VIDEO: Watch and Be Amazed by Eagles Draft Pick Eric Rowe’s Crazy Agility Drills

If your footwork could use a little polish, follow his lead.

Looks like the Eagles made a wise choice in their second-round draft pick with Utah defensive back Eric Rowe. He posted two preeeetty sick videos on Instagram this week that show just how hard he’s working to be in top shape come training camp this summer.

In the two clips below, Rowe is positively shredding it on a ladder agility drill, the kind we all used to loathe back in our high school sports days. (Only me?) I can’t decide if I’m more dazzled by his feet, which appear to be going about 5,000 MPH, or the off-camera encouragement. Decide for yourself below.
