Tons of great fitness stuff happening this weekend, friends! From yoga-and-smoothie socials (yes, please!) to the always fun Penn Relays, there’s bound to be something for everyone.

1. The Penn Relays
When: Friday, April 22nd and Saturday, April 25th, University City.
Where: Franklin Field, 235 South 33rd Street.

If you’ve never made your way over to the Penn Relays, this weekend is the perfect time. The annual Track and Field event has been happening since way back in 1895 (!!), and every year it showcases some seriously impressive athletes, ranging from middle schoolers all the way to runners on the USA and World teams. Tickets will run you between $18 and $24 on Friday and $40 to $70 on Saturday.

2. Men’s Yoga Clinic
When: Saturday, April 25th at 9 a.m.
Where: Lululemon Athletica Walnut Street, 1422 Walnut Street, Rittenhouse.

Calling every guy who’s ever wanted to dabble in getting their downward dog on: This free, three-part yoga series (the other dates are May 2nd and May 9th), taught by Amrita’s Emile Sorger, will teach you the basics of yoga — and you may even work your way up to hand-balancing! The class is byo-mat, and all levels of yogis are welcome.

3. Waynderlust
When: Saturday, April 25th at 11 a.m.
Where: Lululemon Athletica Wayne, 500 Lee Road, Wayne.

And looks like Lululemon is just full of yoga this weekend: Lululemon in Wayne is turning five and, to celebrate, their hosting a free, all-day festival complete with five fitness classes, live music, and food and drink vendors. The classes will kick off at 11:15 a.m. with Pilates, then boot camp at 12:30 p.m., barre-less barre at 2 p.m., a circuit boot camp at 3 p.m. and yoga at 4 p.m. The store will have some mats to borrow for yoga and Pilates, but bring your own if you have one.

4. Bike and Bagel
When: Sunday, April 26th at 9 a.m.
Where: Meet at 49th and Market streets, 22nd and Carpenter streets, or Wayne Avenue and Horter streets.

Biking and bagels: Can you think of a better way to spend a spring Sunday? For this free ride hosted by Gearing Up, a local organization that helps women in need with the skills and equipment they need to bike, riders will meet up at the locations listed above at 9 a.m., then make their way over to Lemon Hill for bagels. You don’t need to RSVP beforehand, and if none of those meet-up locations are convenient for you, feel free to ride over to Lemon Hill on your own and meet everyone there. Just make sure to wear your helmet; a helmet is required to participate in the ride.

5. Paleo Diet for Today’s Lifestyle Workshop
When: Sunday, April 26th at 11 a.m.
Where: The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, 4207 Walnut Street, University City.

If you’ve always been curious about going Paleo but could never quite figure out how, join in on this Paleo cooking workshop, where you’ll try your hand at preparing recipes without processed oil, dairy, refined sugar, and everything else that’s nixed from your diet when you go Paleo. The workshop will cost you $175.

6. Bridal Brunch and Workout with Unite Fitness
When: Sunday, April 26th at 12:30 p.m.
Where: Unite Fitness, 105 South 12th Street, Midtown Village.

If you and your bridesmaids are in the process of getting wedding-day-ready, here’s the perfect opportunity for you all the get together and get your sweat and brunch on. First you’ll complete a 75-minute workout at Unite Fitness’ studio and, afterward, you’ll all head over to Pennsylvania 6 to chow down on a catered brunch. The whole shebang will cost each person $25.

7. Triple Crown Trail Races
When: Saturday, April 25th, first race starts at 7:30 a.m.
Where: Carpenter Recreation Area, White Clay Creek State Park, Newark.

You can register same-day for any of these four races, where walkers and runners of all ages are welcome. You have your pick of the Triple Crown Half Marathon, the Delaware Trail Marathon, a creekside 10K, or a steep and rocky 5K. Or, if you’re feeling really ambitious, you can opt to run the Triple Crown: a three-race combo that includes the half marathon, the 10K and the 5K, for a total of 22 miles. All that running will be well worth it though, because the runs all end with a BBQ lunch. All proceeds go to local homeless shelters.

8. Yoga and Green Smoothie Social
When: Sunday, April 26th at 1 p.m.
Where: Priya Hot Yoga, 1828 Callowhill Street, Fairmount.

First, you’ll earn your green smoothie by completing a 75-minute sweaty Vinyaysa flow class taught by Justine Bacon, focusing on detoxing the body and releasing toxins — you know, from all those margaritas the night before. Then you’ll learn how to make Bacon’s signature green smoothie, soon to be featured in the book “Liquid Raw and Raw Survival.” Weather permitting, you’ll all walk down the street to the park and enjoy your smoothies in the sunshine. Cost for the class plus the smoothie-making session is $25.
