This weekend is for yogis and runners: We’ve got two awesome local races to keep you moving, and yoga classes for guys, Jane Fonda fans, and anyone who loves a little glow-in-the-dark fun. (Who doesn’t?) Check it all out below.

1. LOVE Run Half Marathon
When: Sunday, March 29th at 8 a.m.
Where: Eakins Oval at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

This second-annual race returns this month with 13.1 miles through Center City and Fairmount Park. Runners receive long sleeve tech shirts, a commemorative coffee mug, free beer, Phillies tickets and a finisher’s medal. On-site registration will be happening at the Expo at Citizens Bank Park on Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 1:30 to 6 p.m. (Psst! Look for Be Well Philly on Saturday at the Expo — we’ll have a table with lots of fun giveaways!)

2. Back on My Feet 5-Miler
When: Saturday, March 28th at 8 a.m.
Where: Schuylkill Trail Connector (near Paine’s Park).

This timed race starts near the Philadelphia Museum of Art and heads out on MLK Drive toward the Please Touch Museum along a certified five-mile course. Awards are given for top finishers. In the past, the post-race finish line celebration has included food trucks and massages. The race benefits Back on My Feet, a Philly-based national organization that uses running as a tool to change the lives of homeless men and women. Race-day registration is $45 and begins at 6:30 a.m.

3. Free Hot Yoga and Barre
When: Saturday, March 28th at noon.
Where: Fitness Works, 714 Reed Street, South Philly.

These freebie classes are open to anyone and everyone. They’ll kick off at noon, and the setup of the sweat sessions depends on how many folks show up. If a lot of people show, they’ll have 20-minute barre and hot yoga classes going on simultaneously, and folks can bounce from one to the next; if it’s a smaller group, they’ll keep everyone together and do a 30-minute hot yoga class, then move on to the 30-minute barre class as a group. No need to sign up in advance.

4. Free Yoga for Dudes Class
When: Saturday, March 28th from 1 to 2 p.m. The free class this weekend is a kick-off for the four-week Yoga for Dudes series, which begins on April 4th.
Where: Maha Yoga, 1700 Sansom Street, 6th floor, Center City.

Maha Yoga is kicking off another Yoga for Dudes series this month, with a free class on Saturday. The series is led by instructor Jake Panasevich, a former weightlifter. He helps even the most inflexible guys learn how to enjoy — and benefit from — and regular yoga practice. It’s $50 for the full series if you register by March 28th; $60 after.

5. Jane Fonda Workout Fundraiser Bikram Class
When: Sunday, March 29th at 3:30 p.m.
Where: Bikram Yoga Philadelphia, 1520 Sansom Street, third floor, Center City.

Come dressed in head-to-toe Spandex for this Philly Yoga Factory fundraiser class. Suggested donation is $10.

6. Flow and Glow Yoga
When: Friday, March 27th from 7 to 8:30 pm.
Where: Yoga Home, 424 East Elm Street, Conshohocken.

Expect energetic Vinyasa set to upbeat tunes at this glow-in-the-dark class that takes place under black lights. Wear white or neon to really glow, and show up early to slather on some black light body paint and crack a few glow sticks. It’s $15 to participate.
