Run the Vineyards 3.2.1 Challenge

Run the Vineyards 3.2.1 Challenge

The popular Run the Vineyards 3.2.1 Challenge is officially coming back for a second year, with two race-date options to accommodate more participants. The event, which combines yoga, a chip-timed run with obstacles, and wine-tasting, will take place on July 11th and 12th. Registration is now open.

It starts with an in-the-vineyard yoga stretch-and-strength session led by Merry Bliss of MERRYoga. Then it’s off to the races: Runners will tackle a two-mile run with agility obstacles along the way. At the finish line, you’ll be greeted by live music and wine-tasting stations.

According to organizers, participants should have some fitness experience and a minimum ability to run three miles prior to taking part in this event. The Challenge is hosted at Blair Vineyards in Kutztown.

It’s $40 to participate and includes both the fitness portion and wine tasting. Runners will also go home with a complimentary wine glass. Sign up here.
