What: Infrared Hot Flow Yoga // The room is heated to 95 degrees for this class—positively pleasant, compared to Bikram’s 104—using infrared heat said to penetrate the body to open muscles and nourish connective tissues. Besides, the studio won a Best of Be Well Philly award this year, so you know you’re just dying to check it out.
