Gangster Vegan Organics Now Open in Norristown

If you’ve got a hankering for some raw, organic, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free food and drink (phew!), this is right up your alley. Vegan and raw-food enthusiast Vince DePaul (you might know him as VinnyVegan on Instagram) has opened up a brick-and-mortar spot for his juice and raw food business.

I first began hearing about Vince through pop-ups and collabos he was doing around town with local yoga studios, including Yoga Home in Consohocken. As of last week, Vince now has a permanent home at 2454 West Main Street in Norristown.

“It’s amazing to come back here and pioneer this positive movement and see so many people are supporting it and loving it,” Vince told the Times Herald. “It’s such beautiful energy and it’s based around love, with raw, organic food that has no sugars, flour or additives. It’s not about money, it’s about helping others change the way they eat, opening their eyes to what they’ve been eating and offer them real food, organic food.”

The menu includes fresh pressed juices and smoothies, as well as grab-and-go raw eats, like salads, kale chips and crackers, broccoli burgers, falafel wraps, vegan tuna sandwiches, pizza made with flaxseed crust and, of course, desserts, like raw/vegan/dairy-free/gluten-free cookies and pies. (Lemon-cranberry cheesecake? Yes, please!)

Check out Gangster Vegan’s website here and follow them on Instagram here. They’re open Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
