6 Fit Things to Do in Philly This Weekend: Free Yoga, Shake Shack Bike Ride, Trail Run and More

1. Halloween Party at P.S. & Co.
When: Friday, October 31st at 7:30 p.m.
Where: 1706 Locust Street, Rittenhouse.

It sure worked out nicely that Halloween happens to be on a Friday this year. It means you can party your brains out without having to get up early for work the next day. Local organic cafe and juicery, P.S. & Co., is making the most of it with a 1920s-themed cocktail and costume party for the ages. The $45 ticket ($55 at the door) gets you unlimited eats—all plant-based, gluten-free and organic—and all the fresh-pressed spiked juice cocktails you can drink. More info is here.

2. Free Yoga at Mama’s Wellness Joint
When: Saturday, November 1st
Where: 1100 Pine Street, Midtown Village.

Lululemon Philly’s free weekly yoga class is camped out at Mama’s Wellness Joint for the next few months. Every Saturday, you can score a free 60-minute yoga class at 9:15 a.m. More here.

3. Green Ribbon Trail Race
When: Saturday, November 1st
Where: Upper Gwynedd Township Park, 1 Parkside Drive, North Wales.

A chip-timed five-mile trail run suited for experienced and newbie trail runners alike. The course starts on the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association’s Green Ribbon Trail, and passes through the Natural Lands Trust’s Gwynedd Wildlife Preserve to finish. 5. Shake Shack’s 50-Mile Bike Ride
When: Saturday, November 1st
Where: 2000 Sansom Street, Rittenhouse.

Shake Shack is teaming up with Breakaway Bikes for the first-ever Tour de Shack, a 50-mile bike ride that will take you to all three Shake Shacks in the Philly are. The ride will leave from the Center City Shake Shack, then, first stop: the King of Prussia Shake Shack. There, you can rest for a second (and refuel with a peanut butter milkshake, obviously), plus collect some sweet Shake Shack giveaways. From there you’ll go to the next and final stop, the University City Shake Shack, where you will be greeted with the beer and hot dogs mentioned above. More info is here.

6. Foot Loose! Vinyasa Flow at Yoga Home
When: Sunday, November 2nd
Where: 424 East Elm Street, Conshohocken.
