Get ready to squeal with joy, people: A massive new dance and strength-training complex—complete with three changing rooms and childcare!—is opening in the old Pearl Art & Crafts building on South Street come November.

Our friends over on Philadelphia magazine’s Property blog have all the juicy details on the new Millennium Dance Complex, but here are some highlights: The 39,000-square foot space will be a dancer’s paradise, hosting anywhere between 20 to 25 drop-in dance classes for all ages, styles and levels of experience daily, and occasional workshops with big-name choreographers. But it’s not just a dance studio: The basement of the building will be home to a big workout area with an indoor running track, a bootcamp training area, a TRX workout zone, and more. Plus, they’re hoping to add a spa and massage area to the mix in 2015.

Seriously, what more could you want?

The complex is slated to open with an impressive lineup of drop-in classes taught by folks like Justin Timberlake’s choreographer, Marty Kudelka, Anthony Burrell of Dance Moms, and more, on November 28th. Until then, at least we’ve got photos.
