At this year’s VegFest back in June, Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby’s soon-to-open vegan restaurant, V Street, was doling out some taco-type creations that looked seriously delicious, and I was dying—I mean dying—to get my hands on one. But sadly, the line was just too darn long. My friend was visiting from out of town, and she refused to spend her entire weekend waiting in line for tacos. Understandable, I guess.

Anyway, now that our friends over at Foobooz have released the menu for V Street’s soon-to-open Rittenhouse location, I have so much more of the restaurant’s creations to pine over than just tacos.

The restaurant’s small menu is filled with flavors from across the globe, from zucchini dan dan noodles to jerk trumpet mushrooms, plus plenty of beer and wine options and a seriously eclectic cocktail list. And let me tell you, it all looks positively drool-worthy. Head over to Foobooz to check out the full menu. And make sure to grab a napkin: You will, without a doubt, end up slobbering all over your keyboard.
