If you had a blast at Cupid’s Undie Run earlier this year, consider stripping down once again for the Philadelphia Undy Run/Walk on September 13th. The 5K run supports colon cancer screening at the University of Pennsylvania’s Abramson Cancer Center as well as national prevention, research and patient support programs at the Colon Cancer Alliance.

You’re encouraged to come in your underwear, of course, but you’ll also get a pair of boxers to commemorate the event. And in a first for any race we’ve ever written about, there’s this, from a press release: Participants “will have the opportunity to take a stroll through a larger-than-life inflatable colon. This creative and educational inflatable is a unique way for visitors to understand the disease.”

The run takes place on MLK Drive and starts at 9 a.m. It’s $30 to register. Learn more and sign up here.
