Can you believe that as of this Saturday, we’re just three weeks out from The Philly 10K? I hope you’re as jazzed as we are. The folks over at Philadelphia Runner still have a few surprises up their sleeve for this debut race, so stay tuned as we reveal them in the days ahead.
For now, I want you to add Thursday, August 21st to your calendar for our second and final group training run for the Philly 10K. Go ahead. Open your Google Calendar. I’ll wait …
All set? Here are the details: We’ll meet once again at Philadelphia Runner’s Center City store (16th and Sansom) at 6 p.m. From there, we’ll set out for a just-over-four-miles run through the city; check out the route map here. The run ends right back where we started at Philadelphia Runner, where we’ll have KIND Bars and Be Well Philly swag to hand out to our participants.
And don’t worry—even if you’re not signed up for the 10K, you’re totally welcome to join us. This is a fun, shake-out group run for anyone who’s looking for a nice Thursday evening workout.
