Beauty Superfoods Dinner at Whole Foods South Street Next Week

Remember a few months back, when we told you about the monthly supper club at Whole Foods South Street? It’s been going strong, with a new theme every month to keep things interesting.

This month’s theme, “Beauty Is Wellness,” caught my eye for a two reasons: the menu looks aaaaaamazing—more on that in a second—and the featured expert is our pal Jolene Hart, a local health coach, beauty expert and author whom we featured at this year’s Be Well Philly Boot Camp. Jolene teamed up with the folks at Whole Foods for a beauty-focused meal that gets right at the heart of what her recently published book, Eat Pretty, is all about: foods that will make you glow from the inside out.

Jolene, who designed the four-course menu, will be sharing beauty tips and recommendations for clean, chemical-free products she uses and loves. Check out the menu:

First Course: Tomato Basil and Fennel Gazpacho
Second Course: Blueberry Lentil Salad
Third Course: Portabella Mushroom Caps with Caramelized Onions and Bitter Greens
Fourth Course: Cardamom Peach Crumble with Toasted Coconut

The event is $15 a person, and you can reserve your spot here.
