Just a quick PSA about that free weekly Body Rocker Ride we’re so obsessed with over at Body Cycle Studio: It’s moving to a new day and time starting next week.

Regulars should note that instructor Jesse Spiegel is taking the reins beginning August 21st, with a free indoor cycling class each and every Thursday night from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. This is a move from the Wednesday evening class of the same name, led by Dawn Govberg.

To refresh your memory, the Body Rocker Ride began a few months back as a free, no-strings-attached ride for new and old clients alike. It moves to a different day and time every few months in an effort to spread the freebie love and to accommodate more schedules. Isn’t that nice of them?

Head over to Body Cycle's schedule page to reserve a bike.
