By now you know we love a good freebie workout. So when our pals at Unite Fitness (yep, the same folks we’re co-hosting a free cross-training run with tomorrow night) passed along a link about the free twice-weekly workouts they’re doing this month, you know we had to share it.
Through the end of August, you can try Unite’s signature 75-minute cross-training classes for free on Monday and Wednesday mornings at the Midtown Village studio. The classes are a mix of cardio, strength-training and yoga for a well-rounded workout that’ll get you in shape fast. The free workouts are at 8:30 both mornings (so, yeah, you’ll need an excuse to get to work a little late, but trust me, it’ll be worth it), and all you have to do is sign up online ahead of time.
