City Fit Girls is bringing back its City Fit Girls FitRetreat for a second year, teaming up with Ryan Crown’s Juice Club to host the women’s wellness weekend. Co-founders Kiera Smalls (a Be Well Health Hero semifinalist) and Takia McClendon are cooking up a slew of fun events to keep you sweating.

The retreat will start on Friday, August 22nd, with a pre-party at City Sports Rittenhouse. From 7 to 9 p.m., you can network and shop (with a 20 percent discount!), as well as pick up your retreat packages. This event is free and open to the public, so feel free to attend, even if you can’t make the retreat.

The next day, on August 23rd, the FitRetreat will be held at the new Impact Hub (1227 North 4th Street). Starting at 9 a.m., the day will be packed with health and wellness workshops, cooking demos and fitness classes—we’re talking yoga, Club Cardio, HIIT and belly dancing. There will be workshops on preparing e a healthy breakfast, training for a race, mediating, body positivity and more.

Tickets are $25, and there’s a discount if you sign up in a group. Get your tickets while you can; they sold out last year. To see the full schedule of events, go here. To register, go here.
