Our second guest curator steps up to the bat—or, well, Spotify account—for our latest weekend workout playlist: Christina Stoltz, owner of Northern Liberties Pilates studio Ploome.
If you’ve ever taken a class with Christina (at one of the past two Be Well Philly Boot Camps, perhaps?), you know that her workouts are almost feel like a party; they’re high-energy, dance-like-nobody’s-watching, raucous good fun. So it comes as no surprise that her workout playlist is just the same.
The songs that follow are ones you’ll hear at her Naughty Bits class, one of Ploome’s most popular classes that focuses on strengthening your muscles, um, down there. Here’s what she has to say about her favorite sweat-session jams:

Ploome’s Naughty Bits class is a pelvic power hour dedicated to tightening you up in all the right places—and keeping you that way! Considering that the 50 Shades of Grey movie trailer was just released this week, I think Ploome’s nasty little playlist is the perfect summer sampler.
There’s nothing worse than finding yourself in a hum-drum, stuffy, or eerily quiet fitness class where you are one in a crowd of many and feel completely anonymous. That’s not our bag at Ploome. Our workouts are designed not only to transform your body, but also to celebrate the fun and excitement of meeting new people and working together to achieve shared fitness goals.
