Calling all Paleo devotees: If your Wednesday dinner plans consist of leftover grilled chicken breast and some three-day old sautéed veggies, we’ve got a better idea. According to our friends over at Foobooz, the owners of Russet on Spruce Street are hosting a Paleo-friendly BYOB cookout this Wednesday, July 23rd. They’ll be serving up a menu loaded with tons of grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork from Philly CowShare, and everything will be suitable for Paleo eaters. And it won’t cost you an arm and a leg, either—$35 gets you four courses served on the restaurant’s back patio. Now, doesn’t that just sound so much better than leftover chicken?

You can check out the full menu here.
