$10 Concert-Themed Sweat Fitness Spin Classes in July and August

Summer is prime time for concert goers here in Philly. (Don’t believe us? See what our pals over at Ticket have to say about it.) Sweat Fitness is getting in the spirit with a Summer Concert Cycling Series in July and August, a slew of theme rides that are open to gym members and the public.

The classes will feature playlists chock-full of hits from the big names coming to town, including Katy Perry (Wells Fargo Center, August 4th and 5th), Miley Cyrus (Wells Fargo, August 2nd), Bruno Mars (Susquehanna Bank Center, July 17th) and Billy Joel (Citizens Bank Park, August 2nd). There are even rides dedicated to the Made in America festival, one of which—August 27th at 6:30 p.m. at Sweat on Arch Street—will feature a live DJ during the ride and post-workout wine and snacks.

The rides kick off this week with tributes to Beyonce and Jay Z (who are bringing their On the Run tour to Citizens Bank this weekend) at Sweat Fitness locations throughout the region, beginning tonight.

Classes are free to Sweat members and only $10 for nonmembers. Or, you can make a one-time $50 donation to City of Hope and get access to unlimited classes in the summer series and a swag bag with items from Redken, Essie and more. One hundred percent of the donation goes to City of Hope.

Check out the full schedule below. Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must sign up for each class at the front desk 30 minutes prior to start time. Find a Sweat location here.
