On a beautiful summer day, it can be tough to head over to a yoga studio for an indoor class. So why not head outside? There’s nothing like an Om in the trees or catching a sunset right after savasana to take your practice to the next level. So drag your yoga mat out of the studio and soak up some sunshine for a refreshing change to your typical yoga class.

We sleuthed out 20 outdoor classes in Philly, the ‘burbs and Jersey, happening everywhere from the beach to the rooftops. (Some of them are even free!) Just don’t forget to check the details before you go—some classes require advance sign-ups.
