Even if you aren’t a morning person, starting your day off with an energizing yoga session as you watch the sun come up is totally worth sacrificing a little extra sleep for (and as someone who doesn’t like to wake up before the crack of noon, that’s saying something). From June 20th through July 25th, Lululemon ambassador Kristin Page with be hosting Sunrise Vinyasa every Friday Morning in Radnor Memorial Park and you are invited. So quit hitting the “snooze” button and get your morning Savasana on, instead.

Sunrise Vinyasa will be held at 6 a.m. every Friday, rain or shine. Each session will cost $10 and classes are drop-in, so there’s no need to register. Just show up at Radnor Memorial Park, mat in hand, and you’ll be good to go.
