If you’re going to be in or near Center City tomorrow evening after work, plan to make a pit stop at Sister Cities Park, where the folks behind Free Fitness Philly will be having their first free (duh) pop-up workout.

The 30ish-minute workouts will be run by new-to-Philly personal trainer Marquia Price, who just moved here from North Carolina and has 10 years of training under her belt. “She’s still in the process of building her business here,” says Free Fitness Philly cofounder Jo Gordon. “She and I decided to start this program as a way to meet new people and get involved in the community.”

Gordon promises there are no strings attached to this workout: It’s totally free, and there won’t be a sales pitch. Meet at Sister Cities Park (18th and Ben Franklin Parkway) tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. to get in on the fun. The workouts are set to pop-up in that location every Tuesday going forward. More info is here.
