T-minus three days until Be Well Philly Boot Camp 2014! Our team is working hard to put the finishing touches on our fab day of fitness and wellness to make sure you have the best day ever.
A few of you have asked about specific times for some of the programming, so I wanted to put it here, in a blog post, for your reference. Of course, you’ll get the full program when you arrive on Saturday, but this way you can start planning your day ahead of time.
