Ladies! Be Well Philly Boot Camp is just over a week away, and we are officially jazzed. From barre to yoga to rock climbing to kickboxing—not to mention the free massages and mini makeovers happening all day in the Marketplace, and the fabulous lineup of presenters in our Speakers’ Lounge and on our Cooking Demo Stage—there will be plenty to do to keep you busy.
To help you get in the spirit, we caught up with a few of the fitness instructors to find out what they have in store. First up, Philly trainer Holly Waters, who’s cooking up a sweat-tastic workout for her speed and conditioning sessions at 10 a.m. and noon. She’ll be tearing up the indoor track and showing you how a high-intensity workout can whip you into shape in no time.
