Don’t you love, in yoga class or CrossFit or running or whatever, when you’re finally able to do something you’ve been working your butt off to accomplish for ages? For me, it’s a set of double digits, toes-on-the-floor, good-form pushups. For celeb trainer Jillian Michaels, it’s apparently the pistol squat.
She told her Facebook followers yesterday that she’d practiced the move, which involves squatting, with no support, while one leg hovers straight out from the body in pike position, for 10 years before she was finally able to do it.
She captured the moment on video, of course, and while the insane squat is impressive, her happy dance afterwards is the very best part.
