Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth: Gluten-Free Bakery Sweet Christine’s Opens May 17th

Gluten-free dessert-lovers rejoice: Sweet Christine’s Bakery of Kennett Square has moved to a bigger and better location, and in celebration of the opening, they are throwing a party next Saturday. Party-goers can expect live music, discounts on goodies and, of course, tons of sweet gluten-free treats to taste test. (But trust us, these treats are totally delicious: here’s proof.)

But the best thing about the gluten-free bakery’s new digs isn’t the grand-opening party (although that is pretty sweet), it’s the awesome perks the new larger space will allow: the bakery now has space to host gluten-free cooking classes—so you can finally, finally master the art of making gluten-free pizza crust—along with with birthday parties and meetings of celiac support groups. Meaning: the new Sweet Christine’s won’t just be a bakery, it’ll be a go-to spot for the gluten-free community to gather. Pretty neat, huh?

The launch party will be an all-day event, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. on May 17th. Everyone is welcome—all you’ve got to do is head to 503 Orchard Avenue in Kennett Square with an empty belly and a sweet tooth. Happy taste-testing, folks!
