2014 Philly Marathon Entry Fees Just Announced

marathon_vver

Registration for the 2014 GORE-TEX Philadelphia Marathon opens at midnight tonight, and the race just released the fee schedule for your planning/budgeting purposes.

The short takeaway: It pays to register early. The first 1,000 bibs will be discounted for both the marathon and half marathon distances—$85 for the former and $70 for the latter—so if you're planning on running, anyway, aim to be among the first to sign up when registration goes live at 12 a.m. tonight. After those bibs are gone, the price jumps to $105 for the full and $85 for the half.

Ouch on the price jump. $145 over the summer = might as well do a run Disney race!
