If you’ve been looking to switch up your workout routine, look no further: Fit Fire Studios is hosting the ultimate Spring Mashup event, squeezing five of their workout classes into one heart-pumping, hour-long sweat session. Bonus: It won’t cost you a thing.
Here’s the deal: The new-ish studio (they opened in January) specializes in Les Mills classes, so the one-hour workout will integrate BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, CXWORX and BodyFlow. Folks will get a serious workout, along with a taste of the fitness studio’s variety of class options. Then, post-sweat session, participants will refuel with complimentary drinks and snacks.
