Looking for a way to get a good burn this weekend? Look no further: Best of Philly personal trainer Holly Waters is hosting a pop-up workout at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
She’ll be at CrossFit PHL in Passyunk Square with a high-energy, boot camp-style class open to all levels. It’ll be a mix of weighted exercises and cardio (classic Holly, if you’ve ever done one of her workouts) and will definitely leave you tired—and probably a little sore. The class is an hour long and costs $10.
