Today, I’m sharing my plan of attack when it comes to the treadmill, my most dreaded machine at the gym. I’m usually good for about the first five minutes of a treadmill workout before I’m all, “Hmmm. Well, now what?” When boredom sets in, I find myself staring at the seconds ticking away slowly; it’s only a matter of time before I call it quits.
