Hey, friends! Welcome to our first installment of the Be Well Philly Minute, a brand-new video series in which we’ll share quick tips on our favorite workouts, healthy eats, and so much more.

Today, I’m sharing my plan of attack when it comes to the treadmill, my most dreaded machine at the gym. I’m usually good for about the first five minutes of a treadmill workout before I’m all, “Hmmm. Well, now what?” When boredom sets in, I find myself staring at the seconds ticking away slowly; it’s only a matter of time before I call it quits.

But sometimes, on windy, freezing-cold days like today, a treadmill workout is a must. Watch the video below to see how I’ve been keeping it interesting during indoor workouts lately.
