Guys, you know you’ve been curious about yoga, like, forever, so here’s your chance to see what all the fuss is about. Maha Yoga’s Center City studio is hosting an immersive four-week Yoga for Dudes series starting on Sunday. Instructor Jake Panasevich will focus on challenges that plague a lot of men: flexibility, joint and lower back pain, and injury recovery and prevention. The series will also show you how yoga can dovetail nicely with your other strength-training activities.

The classes will be held Sundays at 4:30 p.m. They're suited for beginners and any guy who wants to deepen his practice. More info is here.

$75 for the series or $20 per class for drop-ins; Sundays, February 16th through March 9th from 4:30 to 5:45, Maha Yoga & Healing Arts, 1700 Sansom Street, sixth floor, Philadelphia.
