If you’re a regular at the prepared-foods section at Whole Foods Market, you’ll like this: The grocery chain now has a pretty sweet Meatless Monday deal. It goes like this: Every Monday, you can load up a container with as many meat-free items as you can fit for the flat price of $8.

On Mondays, WFM will put out special three-sectioned take-out containers marked with a Meatless Monday sticker. You can fill the containers with as much meat-free food from the hot bar, salad bar, or platter bar as you’d like. As long as the lid closes, you’ll be charged a fixed $8—no matter how heavy your container is.

“We hope that offering healthy deals such as this will make healthy choices more approachable, accessible, affordable, and appealing for our shoppers and community members,” says Lindsey Kane, Whole Foods South Street’s healthy eating specialist and registered dietitian.

The deal is good on Mondays only (duh) between 4 and 7 p.m. at all mid-Atlantic Whole Foods locations.
