In this week’s bizarre fitness trends: Jason Rosell, a New York-based personal trainer, is trying to make Sexercise a thing. Yep, Sexercise. But this workout isn’t done between the sheets; it’s a stamina and muscle-building workout to make you better at, well, sex. I guess that’s one way to get people to work out?

If you’re a fan of low-brow reality TV (No shame, my hand is raised), you might remember Rosell from VH1’s I Love New York. He rose to fame (if you can call it that) with the VH1 show and then opened his own fitness studio, training celebrities like Snooki (natch) and Drew Carey.

The 32-minute workout combines three rounds of 45-second cardio-based sexercises, including squats, lunges and—wait for it—booty pops. As Rosell told the New York Daily News about his new workout, “It gives you that longevity on the dance floor—or in the bedroom.”

But why read about Sexercise when you can just watch the cheesy-music-video-like Sexercise teaser? Here ya go! Warning: The sexiness factor is off the charts (no nudity, though), so it might not be safe for work if you have particularly prudish coworkers.
