As a health care professional, I am tired of the anti-sugar crap. In fact heart disease isn’t from sugar consumption but from liver lipid processing disorders as well as blood stasis – a complex mechanism, and diabetes is from chronic severe heat/inflammation and dehydration. Suagr actally “cools” body temperature and helps promote hydration more readily- hence the juices given after donating blood. The biggest mistake in history is the removal of sugar from products as now many of these- such as fruit juicies, have dangerously low Ph’s – near a 3 – making them highly dangerously acidic. Let’s not forget that this type of acidity is responsible for all kinds of GI medical issues, etc.. Peopel also with FH- heredity cholesterol problems have livers and enzymes that are ph sensitive and the new “tart” taste is causing them more harm.
